Our concierge service, open from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, will arrange the details of your medical stay with you.

Details of our packages

Classic

  • A detailed quotation is submitted including all costs related to your hospitalisation with the Social Security or private insurance reimbursement base.

  • Assistance with your administrative procedures and dealings with your health insurance company.

  • Coordination of medical appointments in relation to your operation, pre-and post-op and throughout your medical follow-up: consultation with your surgeon, the anaesthetist, additional medical imaging or specialist advice.

  • Assistance with admission procedures on arrival at the clinic

  • Priority access to a private room during your hospitalisation, with the possibility of an additional bed for the person of your choice.

  • Post-operative assistance: After your return home, e-medicine assistance will continue to be available for any questions or concerns in the aftermath of your operation, with if necessary, a direct return call from your surgeon.

Premium

  • A detailed quotation is submitted including all costs related to your hospitalisation with the Social Security or private insurance reimbursement base.

  • Assistance with your administrative procedures and dealings with your health insurance company.

  • Coordination of medical appointments in relation to your operation, pre-and post-op and throughout your medical follow-up: consultation with your surgeon, the anaesthetist, additional medical imaging or specialist advice.

  • Assistance with admission procedures on arrival at the clinic

  • Priority access to a private room during your hospitalisation, with the possibility of an additional bed for the person of your choice.

  • Assistance in obtaining a visa

  • Paramedical care planning: delivery of medication, orthotics or post-operative equipment, organisation of post-clinic nursing and physiotherapy care directly at your hotel.

    • Airport-hotel-clinic transfers, with chauffeur or ambulance for the entire duration of your stay.
    • Hotel reservations for you and/or your companions (link to selected hotels) during and after your hospitalisation.
    • Organisation of tourist activities or wellness treatments in the region.
  • A la carte service at the clinic

    • Room comfort: toilet kit (personal hygiene, bathrobe, slippers), catered meal validated by our nutritionist, flowers in room on arrival,
    • The availability of an interpreter during consultations, for the clinic arrival and discharge procedures and 2 hours daily.

Tariffs for non-French or non-social security patients:

The above tariffs correspond to the actual cost of your hospitalisation and include all the costs of your stay at the clinic, with a price range that takes into account individual factors such as age, state of health and the technical characteristics of each case. These comprehensive tariffs include all surgery, anaesthesia, pain management, implants, hospitalisation and rehabilitation fees, laboratory and imaging tests. Prices are based on current French regulations for medical and hospital fees. A detailed and customised quote will be provided free of charge on request. Our e-medicine service can contact your private insurance company to study the coverage of your expenses.
